01. Message us to book - Escríbenos para reservar

Send us on WhatsApp:

Service type: To TFS or From TFS
Number of bags
Pickup / drop-off address (hotel/apartment + room if applicable)

Preferred meeting point at TFS (if you have one)

✅ We confirm availability, total price, and your time window.

Envíanos por WhatsApp:

02. Choose your service option - Elige tu opción de servicio

A) Hotel/Apartment → TFS (Departure Day)

Pickup from accommodation: 12:00–14:00 We arrive, check the bags, and tag them.

Drop-off at TFS: 15:00–late. We deliver your luggage at TFS at the agreed meeting point/time.

Perfect for: early check-out + late flight.

B) TFS → Hotel/Apartment (Arrival Day)

Pickup at TFS: from 06:00 - 10:00. We meet you (or collect as agreed) at TFS.

Drop-off to accommodation: 15:00–18:00. We deliver your luggage to your hotel/apartment.

Perfect for: early arrival + late check-in.

A) Hotel/Apartamento → TFS (Día de salida)

Recogida en alojamiento: 12:00–14:00. Llegamos, revisamos y etiquetamos las maletas.

Entrega en TFS: 15:00–hasta tarde. Entregamos tu equipaje en TFS en el punto/hora acordados.

Ideal para: check-out temprano + vuelo tardío.

B) TFS → Hotel/Apartamento (Día de llegada)

Recogida en TFS: desde las 06:00 - 10:00. Quedamos contigo (o recogemos según lo acordado) en TFS.

Entrega en alojamiento: 15:00 - 18:00. Te llevamos el equipaje a tu hotel/apartamento.

Ideal para: llegada temprano + check-in más tarde.

03.Pickup safety process (ID + seal) - Proceso de seguridad (ID + precinto)

At pickup, we:

Count and confirm the number of bags
Put a unique ID label on each bag
Apply a tamper-evident security seal (for peace of mind)
Take a photo of the luggage (ID/seal visible) for tracking
Send you confirmation by WhatsApp

En la recogida:

Confirmamos el número de maletas
Ponemos una etiqueta con ID único en cada maleta
Colocamos un precinto de seguridad (para mayor tranquilidad)
Tomamos una foto (ID/precinto visible) para control
Te enviamos confirmación por WhatsApp

04. Secure storage near the airport - Almacenamiento seguro cerca del aeropuerto

Your luggage is stored in a secured area near TFS, organized by ID.

We operate with insurance for our service.

Tu equipaje se guarda en una zona segura cerca de TFS, organizado por ID.

Trabajamos con seguro para el servicio.

05. Delivery & verification - Entrega y verificación

At delivery:

We confirm your identity (name + booking details)
We match the luggage ID
You check your bags and confirm receipt

✅ Service complete.

En la entrega:

Confirmamos tu identidad (nombre + datos de la reserva)
Verificamos el ID del equipaje
Revisas tus maletas y confirmas recepción

✅ Servicio finalizado.

For your safety:

⚠️ Please do not leave cash, passports, jewelry, laptops/electronics, medicines, or other valuables inside your luggage.

Travel Light Tenerife is not responsible for valuables left inside bags.
